Its a good hotel, very calm and spacious. I can hear the wave very clearly because I choose beachfront. The view is beautiful. Breakfast is also nice. You can order go-food if you want. When you play around the beach, local people always come to you to sell the things, for me who what "me time", its a little bit annoying. I know they are struggling because of pandemic, but......

The food is not Good.

I will definitely come again because this is the best resort in Lombok at an affordable price. The staff is very attentive to the welfare of the guests, always smiling and helpful.I took Amra's room where there are 2 rooms, the atmosphere is very comfortable and smells good. Clean and room service is also fast.. I like to eat at the restaurant in front of the pool because the staff is very friendly, the price is reasonable with the service and also the sunset view very wow. u can choose to lay on the chair near beach or sit at the restaurant. i also can book my cloth to be press/iron and guess what : impress work. never regret. pls come to stay here gaissss

Jeeva Klui is perhaps the nicest resort from top to bottom. The service and staff here is top notch. Every staff member is kind, attentive and looking to help us in any way possible. I would like to personally mention a special thank you to each server: Dini, Ken, Windri, and Komang. Each one of these wonderful staff members made us feel so special. A special mention to Gustu for running Jeeva Klui so well! Leaving here is like leaving a second home. We cannot wait to come back ❤️

Jeeva Klui was amazing, all the staff were so attentive, warm, and friendly, special thanks to the spa team who took great care of us, Wardah, Reny, Ayu, Anita, Yunik, Lina, and Sarif! The amenities, food, and drinks were as awesome as our ocean view from our room. Gustu, please thank your entire staff on our behalf and look forward to visiting your resort again in the future🙏😎❤️
